About Justin
Justin, a Seattle native, began his legal career as a criminal prosecutor, learning essential courtroom skills and presenting dozens of cases to juries with winning results, working first for the Snohomish County Prosecutors Office and then the U.S. Department of Justice.
He transitioned to civil practice by working as trial counsel for one of the largest law firms in the country defending individuals and large corporations, and then for a prominent boutique Seattle law firm specializing in wrongful death and consumer products litigation on behalf of injured people.
Justin has also served in Rule of Law missions for the U.S. State Department (Afghanistan) and the U.S. Department of Justice (Iraq). Justin regularly serves as a Judge Pro-Tem in local courts and as an arbitrator in King and Snohomish county.
Justin R. Boland is a skilled trial lawyer who limits his practice to advocating for those injured by the negligence of others. Justin has significant experience in complex, high stakes litigation including wrongful death actions, motor vehicle collisions, product liability, medical malpractice, and slip and fall accidents.
Justin’s work has resulted in significant trial verdicts and sizeable settlements for his clients and their families.
